We're Looking for a Senior Growth & Marketing Lead at ShareDeal
ShareDeal is Bangladesh's first group-buying grocery platform, directly connecting farmers with consumers to deliver fresh, affordable produce to households.
As we scale toward our next phase of growth, we are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Growth & Marketing Lead to spearhead our user acquisition and retention strategies.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Strategy & Experimentation — Develop end-to-end growth strategies and design A/B tests across the marketing funnel to optimize conversion rates.
• Customer Journey — Own the full AARRR funnel (Acquisition → Activation → Retention → Referral → Revenue) to maximize LTV and reduce churn.
• Data Analysis — Track KPIs, run campaign analytics, and identify friction points and growth opportunities using data.
• Cross-Functional Leadership — Work closely with product, engineering, and content teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives.
• Team Management — Lead and mentor a team of growth marketers, data analysts, and digital channel specialists.
• Incentive Design — Develop and test pricing bundles, referral discounts, and group formation mechanics (e.g., “Unlock this deal when 3 friends join”) to maximize buyer acquisition.
• Viral Loops — Build and optimize sharing flows that encourage buyers to invite friends and family via WhatsApp and social messaging networks.
• Community-Led Growth — Drive community engagement by profiling buyers, creating buyer groups, and leveraging peer-to-peer trust to accelerate organic growth.
🔍 Essential Qualifications:
• 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing, growth hacking, or product marketing with a proven track record of scaling user bases and revenue
• Prior experience in group buying, social commerce, or community-driven platforms is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau, and A/B testing tools
• Expertise in paid media (PPC, social), SEO/SEM, email marketing, and CRO
• Familiarity with marketing automation, SQL, and CRM platforms
• A T-shaped marketer with a data-driven mindset and strong creative instincts

💰 Salary: BDT 50,000 – 60,000 per month
