Key Responsibilities:
Rapid Product Orchestration: Use AI-augmented development to turn complex product requirements into production-ready features in record time.
Full-Stack Architecture: Maintain and optimize a multi-surface platform involving mobile applications, merchant dashboards, and high-performance backend engines.
Real-Time & Media Streaming: Architect and scale low-latency livestreaming infrastructure to support interactive shopping experiences and real-time host-viewer engagement.
Location & Geospatial Engineering: Implement sophisticated mapping and location-based services to power nearby discovery, community pickup points, and hyper-local delivery logistics.
Team Leadership & SOP Management: Lead a high-performing engineering team by establishing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent code quality and operational excellence.
Scalable Engineering: Design systems capable of handling massive concurrency for real-time interactions, social feeds, and complex transactional logic.
Virtual Economy Management: Oversee the integrity of a unified virtual currency system and multi-layered reward pools.
Trust & Security: Implement robust identity verification and dispute resolution frameworks to maintain platform-wide accountability.
Technical Qualifications & "Vibe" Stack:
Polyglot Mastery: Proficiency in Dart (Flutter) for mobile, TypeScript (Node.js) for scalable backend logic, and PHP (Laravel) for business infrastructure.
Livestreaming Expertise: Proven experience with RTMP/HLS protocols or real-time communication frameworks to deliver high-fidelity video streams.
Geospatial Proficiency: Expertise in working with Map APIs and location-based data to build "Nearby" social features and geographic matching systems.
Operational Leadership: Demonstrated experience in creating and enforcing SOPs within a team environment to streamline development and maintenance workflows.
Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages for data processing and automating growth-focused viral loops.
AI-Native Workflow: Exceptional skill in using AI as a force multiplier to bypass boilerplate and focus on core logic and user experience.
Real-Time Expertise: Deep knowledge of WebSockets and low-latency communication for interactive social features. Good knowledge on redis also.
